Labexchange at the analytica 2012

The analytica 2012 which ended last week was a great success for the Laborgerätebörse GmbH with its brand Labexchange(R).

Within the new representation as Labexchange Group – the all brand competence, the Laborgerätebörse was represented beside the Labexchange Service GmbH and our portal ChemLabz – the comparison portal with unique search comfort.

Our new appearance included all three logos of the mentioned companies in a very colourful theme which was especially developed for the trade fair.

The Jaguar, already known from previous years, was also an eye-catcher in the right design:

The new bags of the Labexchange Group were a real head-turner and found great approval on all four days of the trade fair:

It was possible for us to have a large number of conversations regarding our Labexchange portal for new and used laboratory equipment (Laborgerätebörse) and we were also able to show devices to interested visitors that are up to date and in demand for them. Many visitors have used this opportunity to inform about the various types of guarantee items, from the Labexchange(R) functioning guarantee up to the new introduced Labexchange(R) lifetime service guarantee.

Labexchange at the analytica 2010 in Munich

analytica 2010 was a big success for Labexchange

For Labexchange, this year's analytica in Munich was a big success!
Each of the four days of the fair saw large numbers of visitors coming to the Labexchange stand.

The slogan of the Labexchange stand was:
"Setting the trend in second-hand!"

To help illustrate our slogan, we parked a newly renovated "used" Jaguar E-type on the stand – a real eye-catcher which successfully got our message across!

A large number of visitors took the opportunity of offering Labexchange pieces of laboratory equipment which they no longer require.
Several high quality analysis devices changed hands at the fair.

A special treat for visitors to the stand was a competition offering the chance to win an iPad worth 600 euros.
An innovative prize from an innovative company – Labexchange!

Over 700 visitors to the stand took part in the competition.
On the final day of the fair, the winning ticket was drawn on the stand by our commercial representative in Greece, Iraklis Ioannou.

Christian Kröpfl from Tyco Electronics in Austria was the lucky winner.
Congratulations!

What better proof of Labexchange's international flair?

Labexchange goes Dubai

Labexchange goes Dubai

The ArabLab trade fair is the biggest in the laboratory technology and biotechnology sectors, targeting the Middle East and Africa. The geographical proximity to the Indian subcontinent, too, opens up possible additional markets.
For the first time, Labexchange was present with its own stand from 9 to 12 January 2010 at this year's ArabLab in Dubai, incorporated into the "German Pavilion". "Made in Germany" was the slogan under which numerous German companies showcased their new products. Labexchange's objective was to establish new contacts in Arabic, African and Near-Eastern countries. These markets offer great potential with regard to second-hand equipment – an opportunity for Labexchange to further strengthen its position as world No. 1 in this field.
Labexchange's Managing Director Wolfgang Kuster, Dagmar Kuster and Product Manager Marc Bietz were on the stand, supported by the company's Iranian commercial representative, Mohammad Sarfaraz.
Labexchange's first participation in an Arabic trade fair brought pleasing results; talks were held with around 200 prospective customers and new contacts made to potential commercial representatives for the Arabic region.

A number of high-quality analysis devices changed hands at the fair.

There was a special treat in store for visitors to the stand: a competition to win a travel voucher to the value of 1,000 euros for a trip to Cuba and its veteran cars.

Labexchange at LabSupply Rhein 2009

As in Frankfurt in January, Labexchange had its own stand at LabSupply Rhein on 18 March 2009. The specialist trade fair for
laboratory technology and instrumental analytics, featuring around 100 well-known exhibitors, took place for the second time after
2008 at the Forum in Leverkusen. The fair attracted a lot of visitors, and the response to the Labexchange stand, headed by our
Product Manager Marc Bietz, was far better than in Frankfurt. The six-hour fair resulted in numerous contacts to new customers and
allowed us to freshen up old ones. Following this success, we have decided to have a stand at the LabSupply Ruhr 2009 on 18

Laboratory instrument and analysis trade fair ForumLabo & Biotech from 03 to 06 June 2008

ForumLabo & Biotech: a huge success for Labexchange

The specialist laboratory trade fair ForumLabo & Biotech took place in Paris from 03 to 06 June 2008. Labexchange\'s presence at the fair was a huge success. The stand, run jointly by Labexchange and its representative in France Courtage Analyses Services, attracted a lot of visitors on all four days. Laurent Bertal, Managing Director of CAS (Courtage Analyses Services) and his assistant Ophélie Denos were responsible for the conception and running of the stand. This was the first time that Labexchange had had its own stand at the fair and, thanks to the high degree of interest in its range of second-hand laboratory and analysis equipment in France, it is planning to take part again in the future. For visitors to the Labexchange stand, there was a special titbit in store: raffle tickets were on sale offering the chance to win a magnum bottle of champagne. A large number of visitors took part in the draw. The winning tickets were drawn on the stand on the final day of the fair. The winners are Jean Legoiut from Filab and Alain Marhic from the University of Brest. Congratulations!

Labexchange was present at this year's Labortechnika with its own 30 m² stand.
Labexchange's representative in Hungary, Tamás Szabó, was in charge of the stand, together with Csaba Vereckei, formerly a service technician with Hewlett Packard Hungary and Pál Róbert, previously Hewlett Packard marketing representative in Hungary.
The number of exhibitors was slightly lower than last year, in 2007, a reflection of the difficult economic conditions prevailing in Hungary at the moment.
Thanks to the excellent contacts of the Labexchange representatives, who have been active in the Hungarian market for the last 15 years, it was still possible to complete a range of sales at the fair, contrary to the current trend in the country.
The year 2007 saw the largest turnover in Hungary. The level of interest among customers at the Labortechnika indicates a further increase in turnover for 2008.
This trend serves to confirm the effectiveness of Labexchange's philosophy, which aims to offer customers only thoroughly inspected and overhauled equipment.
These guarantees give customers the secure knowledge that they are getting fully-operative equipment, which they can purchase without risk. For this reason, Labexchange has won many loyal customers in Hungary in recent years.

Analitica Latin America: 26 - 28 September 2007

Analitica Latin America took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil from 26 - 28 September 2007.

Analitica Latin America took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil from 26 - 28 September 2007. Labexchange was represented there for the first time with its own trade fair stand within the German Pavilion. The Analitica in Brazil is the leading trade fair for the South American continent and is therefore a very popular venue for expert visitors.

Local visitors showed great interest in the second-hand laboratory devices from Labexchange, since many laboratories in South America have to operate within an extremely tight budget framework. By being able to offer comprehensive guarantee agreements on the South American market, too, Labexchange has a competitive advantage over North American companies who are also active in that market, but offer no such guarantees on their range of equipment.

Labortechnika in Hungary: 20 - 23 February 2007

The 9th Labortechnika fair took place in Budapest from 20 - 23 February 2007.

The Labortechnika is the largest trade fair for laboratory instruments and analysis in Hungary. All the big-name companies in the laboratory technology and instrumental analysis sector exhibited on over 6,000 m² of exhibition space.

As in the previous year, Labexchange was represented with a stand at the fair. Mr Tamás Szabó, head of Labexchange's commercial agency in Hungary, Mr Vereckei, formerly of Hewlett Packard, and other staff were on hand to take care of the many visitors to the stand.
In Hungary, Labexchange's second-hand laboratory and analysis equipment finds a ready market, since it can be supplied with full guarantee plus installation and after-sales service by affiliated service companies.

Labortechnika in Budapest

Labortechnika, the laboratory instrument and analysis trade fair, took place from 21 to 24 February 2006 in Budapest. Labexchange was represented at the fair with its own stand.

There was a great deal of visitor interest in the stand, since reasonably-priced, second-hand branded products with guarantee are particularly sought-after by laboratories in countries with limited budgets.

Analytica specialist laboratory trade fair in Munich from 25 - 28 April 2006

Labexchange at the Analytica fair

This year, too, Labexchange was represented at the Analytica with its own stand showcasing its second-hand analysis equipment. The theme of Labexchange's stand was "Setting the trend in second-hand"

To illustrate this theme, a veteran Jaguar E-type was the eye-catching centrepiece of the stand. It certainly got the message across!

To make Labexchange's range and its stand even more interesting, visitors could take part in a competition on the stand to win a trip to Cuba. Cuba was chosen as the destination because its capital, Havana, is a place where you can marvel at many such "veteran" cars.

Linking veteran cars with second-hand laboratory equipment from Labexchange (which are, however, by no means old) proved very popular with visitors to the stand and was a very good way of promoting Labexchange's range, which in turn made the fair a great success.

The picture shows, from left, Tina Weber and Dr. Dellert-Ritter from GIT-Verlag, Wolfgang Kuster, Sabina Vogrinec, Iris Hähnle and Dagmar Kuster from Labexchange after drawing the winning ticket for the travel voucher.

The winner of the Cuba trip is Anne-Michaela Renz from Boehringer Ingelheim in Biberach. Ms Renz is delighted at her win – Labexchange heartily congratulate her and wish her a wonderful trip to Cuba.

HET Instrument a great success for Labexchange. The fair HET Instrument in Utrecht from November 1st to 5th, 2004 was a great success for Labexchange. For the first time Labexchange has participated in this fair with a stand and will participate also in the future in the fair due to the high acceptance of the offer of used laboratory and analysis instruments in the Benelux countries. Many specialist visitors who had an explicit conception of their new acquisition of instruments made a strike in the great pool of instruments of Labexchange.

South Africa's fair Labafrica - October 12th to 14th, 2004

Labafrica ein grosser Erfolg für Labexchange

Labexchange in South Africa's fair Labafrica from 12 to 14 October 2004. This most important fair on the African continent for scientific and medical instruments took place in Johannesburg in South Africa in the Kyalami Exhibition Centre Midrand.

Our South African commercial agent Mr. Klaus Hollander was responsible for the conception of the fair stand and its care. As can be seen on the photograph Mr. Hollander could win a white Jaguar E-type as a show-piece from a friend for the duration of the fair. This classic oldtimer already being 40 years old serves with the slogan "Used things can be more interesting than new ones" as a link to used laboratory instruments of Labexchange and was a successful eye-catcher on the fair stand. With regard to branch specialties this fair was a full success. The interest of the visitors from South Africa in used instruments of Labexchange was tremendous especially since with Labexchange for the first time a reknown bidder of used and checked laboratory instruments was represented on this fair.

Labexchange at the LABOTEC Suisse 2011

The LABOTEC Suisse 2011 in Geneva was a raving success!

For Labexchange the LABOTEC Suisse 2011, which had its premiere in Geneva, was a great success! Both days the stand of Labexchange was well attended.

Many visitors took the opportunity to offer Labexchange the laboratory equipment which they do no longer need, to make inquiries concerning devices and to get information about the newly established Labexchange Service GmbH.

The special "highlight" was the raffle at the stand with the drawing of an iPod nano. On the last day of the fair the winner of the iPod was drawn at the stand by Ms. Nadine Birnbräuer-Gonzalez. The winner is Mr. Rémy Martin from Switzerland.

Congratulations!
