Guarantee:

All used instruments of Labexchange are subjected to verification respectively overhaul before delivery and will be supplied only, if they function perfectly well. The verification and functionability is documented by a service report of independent service companies.

Guarantee certificate:

The testing and functionability of our instruments is documented besides the service report by a guarantee certificate.

Guarantee extension:

If required, the guarantee period can be extended considerably. For an additional charge on the list price of 10 %, the guarantee is extended to six months. A whole year costs an additional charge on the list price of 20 % - so you can buy with complete confidence.

Availability of spare parts:

The rate of availability of spare parts for the used instruments offered by us is over 98%.

Warranty:

The warranty period for our devices is 12 months from delivery date.
