Laborgerätebörse (Labexchange) has been certified by the technical control board TÜV.
(Burladingen) Since November 2004 Labexchange have instituted a quality management system acc. to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 through the combine of Merkel. This quality management system has now been checked and confirmed officially by this technical control board TÜV.
For most of our customers this message is perhaps coming surprisingly but not unforeseen.
For the management and the staff members the certification is considered to be the confirmation that the company philosophy of Labexchange is in order.
Managing director Wolfgang Kuster could receive the document that is unique in the distributive trade of used laboratory units and analysis instruments, with pleasure.
A process having endured 10 months had preceded, in the course of which the independent auditor, Mr. Rainer Hecht of the Merkel group of companies has thoroughly checked the whole company by trying and testing to assure that it will stand the test to the quality rules acknowledged by the EU and world-wide. Labexchange is also in this case once again the pioneer in the branch.
Due to the voluntary and comprehensive verification through the technical control board TÜV we document an even greater security and performance our customers.
A company that has received this certificate provides the customer security that the quality of the acquired product is not casual, but is the result of the rigid adherence to distinct rules.
All process runs and all relevant product parameters are now completely documented and made transparent.
Each one of the more than 40 possible transit parameters, from the origin over the state of condition and further process run of each unit, can gaplessly be comprehended.
All these parameters and thus the quality of our used appliances and instruments can be measured and so also be improved constantly.
Especially upon acquisition of used laboratory and analysis units it is particularly important for the customer to make sure to receive a perfect and fully functional apparatus.
Here no residual risk must exist for the customer!
Due to the certification now effected the customer has an even greater security when acquiring used units from Labexchange.
We have intentionally let the TÜV do the certification, as TÜV first of all stands for technique and TÜV secondly has all over Europe the best reputations as a competent and correct service provider. Thereby the quality of our certification is highlighted of course, too.
Co-ordinated and supervised is the continuous process of improvement by our highly qualified staff member and QM-commissioned Ms Susanne Majer graduated in chemistry
- and by the principal personally, of course.
Labexchange will be subject to annual TÜV-audits also in the future enabling the improvement process and the quality management system to be optimised continuously to the advantage of the customer with apparatus quality being increased, delivery times shortened, errors avoided and complaints being minimised.
